We read every message. Whether you've found a bug, have a question about your account, want to report a fair-play concern, or represent a club or federation, here's how to reach us.

What to include
- Bug reports — your handle, what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and (if a game was affected) a link to the game or replay.
- Account issues — the email address you registered with. Never send us your password; we will never ask for it.
- Fair-play reports — the game link and the handle of the player you're reporting. Reports are confidential.
- Rules questions — check the rules page first; if a position on the board looks wrong, include the game link and the move number.
- Clubs, schools & federations — tell us about your organisation and what you'd like to run on the platform. We're actively looking to work with Ghanaian clubs and referees.
- Press & partnerships — a short description of what you have in mind.
Legal and privacy requests
For data access or deletion requests under our Privacy Policy, or questions about the Terms of Service, use the same address with "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject line.
